How can I add funds to my Delhi Dollars account?
Students, faculty, and staff may deposit funds into their Delhi Dollars account in person at the CADI office (Monday-Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm) or by mail (check or money orders only; do not send cash) at 141 Sanford Hall, SUNY Delhi, Delhi, NY 13753; by phone at 607-746-4750, or online here. No cash withdrawals are allowed. Balances will roll over from semester to semester.
What happens if I lose my ID Card?
If your ID card is lost or stolen you should report it to: the ID Office or the CADI Office (607-746-4755) located in Sanford Hall, Monday – Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm; or the MacDonald Hall cashier at 607-746-4774. Stolen cards should also be reported to University Police at 607-746-4700. To purchase a new SUNY Delhi ID card go to the ID Office in Sanford Hall during the posted hours of 9:30 am to 11:30 am and 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. A non-refundable replacement fee of $15.00 will be charged for lost or stolen cards. When a replacement card has been issued, the lost card is deactivated, and all Delhi Dollars funds are transferred to the new card.
What is the difference between Bronco Bucks and Delhi Dollars?
Bronco Bucks are a component of a student’s Residential or Commuter meal plan and can be used on-campus only (not accepted in the Campus Store). Delhi Dollars can be used on and off-campus at participating locations. The Delhi Dollars Account is the ONLY campus card account that can be used off-campus.

How much should I deposit each semester?
There is no fee to open your Delhi Dollars account however a minimum initial deposit of $20 is required. Additional deposits of $20 or greater can be made after your account is open.
Can I get a refund of my Delhi Dollars?
Your Delhi Dollars Account may be closed (less any financial obligation to CADI and/or the College) either by using all of your funds or upon receipt of documentation that you are leaving the College through an official process such as leave of absence, withdrawal, dismissal or graduation. Only accounts with balances greater than $10 will be considered for a refund. If there is no activity in your account for two years, it will be closed and any remaining funds will revert to CADI.
Are there any restrictions on what I can buy with Delhi Dollars?
Yes. You may not purchase alcohol, tobacco products, lottery tickets or firearms using Delhi Dollars, no exceptions for those age 21 and over.
